I know you said you can't afford a Dentist but they can remove them before they've fully broken through. I had one removed when it was just starting to barely appear. Though I was sedated and they actually cut my gum open to remove mine (had three removed and one never grew) instead of the pulling method.
This was all covered by my father's insurance when I was 16 so I have no idea what it would begin to cost for someone without insurance.
Other then that, your options are pretty much limited to what others have said. I know that pain meds such as Ibuprofen work better on pain like that than things like Acetaminophen.

I has a new toy tool of awesomeness! Naturally, the first thing I did upon opening it was to try it out on my enemies the hardest food to cut I could think of. So I grabbed a tomato I was going to throw out anyway and… I didn’t apply an ounce of pressure. *** sank right through that tomato like a dream. And then I cut the tomato into super thin slices. Then my mom nearly lost a finger within seconds of holding it. >_>
