I think Legacy gets automatic early access

Yes, same for already made characters if you use either PS3 CE or Digital Upgrade (PC physical CE only works if you register the code before making the character)

You know.. amazon sent me my code shortly after I pre-ordered.. do you think the code would work if someone preordered and then canceled the order after they got the code? JC
It explain what the user had before and what's to be added. Once the game goes into full service the character will receive the benefits (being it items or a discount on the game monthly fare or whatever else applies) due to these contents being active.
didnt have the CE for 1.0, also one of the reasons i preorderd the ps3 version

Kinda jew-y by SE but from what I can tell only people who got far enough in the storyline (as past the first part that ends around 46-48 where I left off) get the Legacy cutscene when you start the game :| Pretty disappointed they didn't give all 1.0 characters that. You had to be pretty far in the storyline near the end of the game it seems.
I don't feel very special for preordering then. :( Oh well.. Amazon is giving me a $10 credit for doing it so I still have that!
