you wont have to if ya had 1.0 CE. youl automaticly get the 2.0 CE
if ya had standerd youd need to rebuy or upgrade digitaly,
but since im getting the ps3 ver also, i reserved its CE so auto upgrade from my 1.0 ce for pc once i enter the codes

yes if you had ce for 1.0, yoshi has said this a few times, and been posted on their site as well.
