You can't use "special names" like for example server names for FFXI:
Atomos
Carbuncle
Fenrir
Ifrit
Shiva
Cactuar
Gilgamesh
Bahamut
Because these are reserved for people who used the promotion in 2010 which linked the FFXI and FFXIV accounts together for a discount.
If I used that my char would be named Mariane Fenrir in Hyperion. ;)

I tried using Lightning's real name and it said cannot be used (didnt say in use,just cannot be used) and yes, i tried being smart because of the xiii-3 campaign. Managed to use her JP name though

6 videos in this Mega Man X2 playthrough, prolly about 2 left til I get to the last boss. Didn't realize it was such a short game XD
I remember renting it from Blockbuster for weeks at a time when I was younger. I'm a much better gamer now, I guess that makes up for it.
Actual playtime up to this point is under an hour, and thats with beating all the main 8 bosses (skipped the X-Hunters because I want to fight Zero near the end), getting all the Heart Tanks and Sub Tanks, and getting the 4 Armor upgrades >.<
