Don't know, it's still a hard sell for PS4 or Xbox One for me.
I am going to wait this one out til maybe FF XIV hits PS4, I don't know when they planned on releasing it for PS4.
But atleast then, I know that game would keep my interest longer than a month.
Lesson learned with games like Tomb Raider, beat that game and went back and got most of the tombs in less than 3 days.
I'm just a tech junkie,I;m getting both day one. At least for me,the xbox has a game I actually want for launch,the ps4 I'm only buying killzone so I have a game to play. PC still gonna be my multiplatform gaming machine. Anything that isnt X or Y console exclusive,is coming to my pc
Apparently, Yoshi-P announced a FFXIII-related event in FFXIV that will give you Lightning or Snow's costume and one of a selection of FFXIII weapons. People are flipping their ***and cancelling their pre-orders.

Did you even explore the higher level areas? Had quite a few nice areas
Oh I know! but what I mean is there is going to be ALOT more areas! I was just talking to my friend about this lol, we were speculating about the areas we haven't seen yet.
So my question is, how do you get the costumes/weapons?
Hmm, I want an FF game where you make a set of characters from scratch, with a lot of job choices, and then you can go to each diff FF world (1 - 13) and sort of help the main party from each game in their major battles. Sort of like how Lord of The Rings The Third Age did with the 2nd Fellowship that tailed the main Fellowship.
I don't understand why people would want to quit over that. Look, I'm as irritated about FFXIII as the rest of us, but XIV has soooooooooo much more to offer. Just like in FFXI, if I don't want to do the little festivals or whatever, I DON'T DO THEM.
That's like saying, "This car is perfect for me, but I don't like the color of the CD player so I'm not getting it."
I'M QUITTING BECAUSE I CAN'T BE NAMED CLOUD STRIFE!!!!!!!!!!!
