Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
Hey it's Dausdaus. I remember you.

Anytime you wash colors you use cold. Only use warm if all the clothes are white. Oh, and never wash your whites with colors. He might just see it as ho-hum because he's spent his life there, but Europe is PHENOMENAL! Want to go back again soon ; ; Stockholm and Goteborg are both on my list to visit. Doubt I go to Orebro again since Miemo doesn't live there. He's closer to Drac now since he's in Uppsala. Ragnarok.Prefalin said: » ![]() Definitely staying away from Uppsala then

It's a beautiful country with wonderful people and amazing cities to see ^^ Bismarck.Dracondria said: » Definitely staying away from Uppsala then Ramuh.Urial said: » Kujata.Daus said: » so I bought new purple sheets and decided to wash them with my other sheets that needed to be washed which were white and nobody warned me of the outcome. I was only lakshmi once in like...2003/2004ish...I don't remember anybody though... This is from Visby on the island Gotland. There's a wall around the entire town and it really does look like that inside (with the roses and stuff all over)

Lame, the first pics don't work now
It still blows my mind how modernized the old buildings in Sweden are.
![]() Central station literally took my breath away when I saw it, then I got inside and was like "OMG COOL"! Also Uri
http://www.thelocal.se/48816/20130702/ The people on there don't think we're so nice lol, at least not if you don't have a Swedish friend with you Yeah Centralen is pretty awesome if you stay away from the big circle >.>
![]() Edit: this part. Sometimes dumb kids spit on people from up top lol ![]()

But, if you're a friend of theirs or friends with a friend they're really nice and talkative people. We just don't like saying hi to random people lol, we don't see the point since we most likely won't meet them again
Ugh! I need to go dig through my parents' house for pictures. I always pined for a travel thread on here so we can all share our adventures abroad!
My heart hurts. :( Bismarck.Dracondria said: » This is a great video on Video Game Music by Extra Credits YouTube Video Placeholder I don't think I've ever heard anybody complain about the lack of great music in video games (I hear about it all the time with modern radio though!) I agree with the video and all I guess you're more likely to travel to remote place and have somebody recognize the Mario theme than the Skyrim/Dragonborn song but theres still plenty of recognizable modern tunes in games. In fact I think alot of people judge games based on their soundtrack as well. I definitely do //coughff12cough//. I think a game fails sordof in a way if theres not a tune you can remember from it. These are kinda funny
http://www.thelocal.se/gallery/lifestyle/2560/1/ Quote: Swedes are the fourth best country for speaking English as a second language according to education company Education First, with Norway, the Netherlands and Denmark taking the top three. But as brilliant as the Swedes are, they remain imperfect and that's what makes it entertaining. Nothing beats a rousing speech by an articulate politician who wants to improve the lives of every single person in every little willage. And how about those Wikings? Swenglish is like a Robert de Niro blooper reel – the mistakes are just more amusing when they’re made by the masters. So, if you hear the word “Swenglish” bandied about and want to know more, here is the definitive guide. Swenglish is: - A straight translation where it shouldn’t be (Swedes sometimes claim to be living in a hotel… even if it’s just a one night stay – att bo i ett hotell) - Getting letters mixed up due to different language sounds: (the Yewish man in our willage is crasy). - Or, a Swedish word or phrase sneaking into English where it doesn’t quite fit… like calling mashed potatoes “Potato moose” - just because it's potatismos in Swedish - even if no moose (or elk) featured in the meal or the mash. So - use this list to help spot a Swede, or if you are in fact a Swede, this top ten might help save you from a little embarrassment in the future. And be sure to tune in again soon for when we turn the tables on ourselves and investigate the top ten examples of "svengelska" - when English speakers put their foot in it when trying to speak Swedish. My heart hurts. :( I only say hi to my neighbors if they say hi first lol, I don't even know their names here. Where I lived before I knew everyone though and we'd talk for a while if they came over Well, I suppose they notice my presence the moment before the giant black tornado snatches them up. >_>
