I was using three 21.5" monitors, but I swapped one out for my 32" TV since I don't want to wall mount in this house (rental).
I apparently haven't taken a picture since I stopped using a single monitor. Desk is way too messy right now to take one, so maybe another time.

Yeah they say you spend 1/3rd of your life asleep. Makes sense given the %'s and when you think 24 hours in a day,they recommend 8 hours sleep which is 1/3~

The way I understand it,is your standard REM sleep cycle is 4 hours. So you get 2 of those in each night. I know I personally feel the best wake ups are a natural awakening after an 8 hour sleep. Explains why you're usually overly tired if you sleep for 10 hours
