Since it was a brand new blade, I thought it would be a smooth shave. It's not. It tugs at the hair rather than just cut it so it hurts a bit.
Weird. It only occurred to me to ask last night since I was shaving my head with my fusion. I dont use it on my face

Not really. Shaving your head isnt comparable to shaving your face really though. At least I dont think so anyways. As strange as it sounds,I've always heard/read that if you're having too much pain/irritation from shaving cream (I use the fusion shaving foam btw) you should try it once or twice with baby oil. Idk if that applies to your face though,its mainly for your head.
Yeah, I used to use a preshave oil but they dont' carry it in grocery stores and I'm not sure where to get it.

I just don't want to spend the money right now. Back home I had a really nice set with proper soap, oil, badger hair brush, safety razor and a stand and all that.
