Yes, Mr. <landlord name>, we were all locked out and then this crazy dude offered to help us get in, we agreed and he smashed the window! I never agreed to that.. It's him you should be charging for the window, not me.

<.< Sounds like a good way to get in and not have to pay for anything at the same time.
