I mean, these aren't that big a difference at low levels due to the small amount of slots available anyway, but it'll give you an idea of what ships to go for as you level.
Right now i've just been broadsiding them with beams, but the first one sounds fun too :p
I got lucky on my Engineer character; got a Quantum Torpedo launcher to drop in one of the first missions.
And if you wanna go faster in battle, you get the Evasive Maneuvers ability pretty early on. It increases movement speed and turn rate for a short period of time. Some Attack Pattern abilities also increase turn rate, and maybe movement speed, too.

Space bar fires all available phasers at once. Useful for broadsiding, especially when you get better ships and you have 6+ phaser banks. :O

Not as good stats as the version you can get from the Fleet Shipyard, but it has a Photon Torpedo Point Defence System instead. And I don't have to wait for our fleet to get to Tier V to buy it. :p

It could always be worse (though i didnt have to take physics, and Calculus made my brain go into Paradoxes). It's like having a personal version of hell where you have to do nothing but hunt the same lottery mob spawn for the rest of your life only for it to never show.

Yeah...I fumbled around with the idea a couple of times in my early twenties, but I always thought to myself, "I probably won't want this when I'm sixty." The only time it was ever considered was while a group of us were drunk-a-poos, and nobody should make a decision like that while under the influence.

I noticed we get a new Uniform when we join a Fleet. Any clue? And what class are you? Engineer or Tactical?We also get a new material choice for ship customisation iirc. No idea what either of them look like, though; I'll probably be keeping my uniforms the same as they are now.My main is Tactical; I have a second Feddie char as an Engineer, and a KDF tactical char, too, but I'll probably delete them so I can start the Klingon story from lv1 now.

My main reason for not wanting a tattoo myself is I know I would get bored of it, if I did I'd probably get something on my ***, just so I could tell people I had one there for lulz.
