did you try downloading it with aeria games? not sure if they use that too

Nope I did direct download gamr works fine and all just the hackshield gave me nasty errors

I think as a developer you'd get pissed off when a company puts outa console thats behind the 3rd gen then ask you to produce new games for it. Idk I'd be pissed as a dev to be limited by out of date hardware.

His argument is valid in other places.
Nintendo consoles are known for they're Nintendo only releases. Companies like EA spend more money making games for their consoles than they profit.

I kinda like seeing someone be up front about things.

not a problem if the games are made exclusively for said system, issue comes when the game is ported on to different ones, and usually ends up with a watered down version of the game all across the map :/
