I'm not sure about this, but have you heard the saying "his balls probably haven't dropped"? I think that's true, they stay inside you until a certain age.
I was wrong. It just means they get bigger or something. Why do I feel like such a pedo looking for that information.

I just encountered 2 Muckdiles in Etrian Oddyssey II. Surprise attack instant death without even getting a turn to a party of lvl 87. Didn't expect them to be so strong for normal monsters.
Reminds me of the Warmech in FF1. Normal monster that is rare to encounter and is much stronger than the boss.
