My billing will be normal throughout August. It's just September and onwards I will require one of SE's payment options.

I'm not happy about it either, but luckily there won't be any hiccups from my untimeliness in reactivating my content IDs.
I reactivated mine in the middle of July, so rather than billing me immediately they always have you pay for the previous and current month on the 1st. I was worried I'd get charged for both months and not be able to play with the swing in payment options, but that only applies directly starting September 1st.
