We had to put him down last Monday. They took out one mass but there ended up being another that couldn't be touched and it started pressing on his nerves so his back legs became useless. He quit eating, drinking etc so we had to let him go. They did another biopsy on the mass they took out, said even though the entire thing wasn't cancerous, there were cancerous cells, so he was basically *** from the start and we had no clue.
I'm sorry I brought it up. I hope you and your family are okay. :(

He's definitely better off. He actually kinda waited on us to get to the vet, was already starting to go on his own. They brought him in a room with us and he wagged a bit at us, so I totally lost my ***. But now he's running around with our kids, destroying whatever is in their way and eating mud pies and more sticks he could ever have hoped for, so as much as it blows, I'd rather him be where that is.
I must admit being able to open cheese or a bag of chips without hearing the fatness being hauled in my direction is very odd still. He could be outside and hear you crack a bag of cheese lol

I used to have pet rats. They'd almost always get cancer at the end of their lives :/ sucks. They only live so short anyway ._. great pets otherwise

I've always had 4 dogs for as long as I can remember. When one died, Mom and Dad would wait a couple weeks and we'd have a 4th again that they'd end up rescuing off some back road. A couple died from getting hit by a car, but the others all died from being old as ***. Never had to deal with one dying when it was 3 like this one. Cats, too. we'd have a couple that would get hit by a car, but usually they lived for *** ever. My parents still have one that is almost 19 iirc. Had cancer twice, hit by a car, half of each ear is missing, etc... he just won't die!

Iunno i used to swim in all kind of places, not that horrible actually as long as you can get warm quick when you get out of the water
I miss swimming. I love it and there's a pool in the gym,but effort
