He knows very few words, though his sister is actually pretty fluent. Their dad is the Mexican side and he wasn't really around after Ovr was about 3, I think is why he just never picked it up.
If he's drunk, his vocabulary expands enough to get him taken care of at the hospital. Bad thing is that it expands enough to get him sent to the hospital.
