Are you drinking energy drinks earlier today? I know you said you weren't eating much today but also if you eat too much at one time you can have a sugar/insulin spike which isn't good either.

You have to remember as you eat more for weight gain and work out, you are stressing your body, did you get enough sleep?

EDIT: In the states, the clocks move forward in less than two weeks, hopefully spring weather will follow.


No I didnt eat/drink anything bad for me. Got about 8-9 hours sleep last night. I'm still cutting down so dont need to eat like crazy to build size atm. Had chicken/rice when I woke up,had a banana about 7 hours later (the banana was about 7 hours ago) and thats all. I dont have the stomach for food today and idk why,I didnt workout today because I just wont have the energy. Been drinking what little water I can stomach today,but its nowhere near my 2 liters I'm supposed to have

I was hoping for scary ... instead I get some messed up thing were they think scary equates to annoying you with low ammo or just tossing a hoard of enemies at you lol...

apparently we fired some 300 or so darts at a monster can~ then went to subway. soo much fun :)

I saw that exact one a while back when I first started looking into a new PC. I was 99% sure I was going to build my own but I wanted to be sure there was nothing pre-built that was as good as I wanted.

There wasn't, but the one you got wasn't a bad deal. I'm just not familiar enough with AMD processors to know where that one stands without doing research. (Even though my laptop is AMD, too.)
