Yes, there is in fact a movement for everything.

Humans have this weird need to belong to a group of like minded people. To support there own personal decisions, beliefs, etc. It becomes a problem, MY PROBLEM when these groups eventually decide they are RIGHT and therefore need to impose their beliefs on everyone else. AND it's only a matter of time before they ALL attempt do so. It's a natural, logical progression of their desire for acceptance of their beliefs. It goes like this... I believe in X, I find other people who also believe in X, we band together and decide X is right, we try to make everyone believe in X.

And whether it's Temperance movement of the 1900s or the Smoking Ban movement more recently, or the anti fatty movement or the mothers against drunk drivers or the PMRC or ten million other movements EVENTUALLY, they all launch a campaign, build their movement,advance their cause, They all want to make a change!!!

And it's up to me to stop them.

And perhaps it was by accident that bailie used one of their slogans in her /cheer and it was wrong of me to make fun of her. I accept your criticism of my seemingly vicious and senseless attack of her POV. But you don't understand and quite possibly you are unable to comprehend that is this is a war, This is my war.

People start off FINE as individuals but then they join these groups and they all start bleating like sheep in unison and the sound is deafening in my ears. They loose their individuality, they become the cause, they become the group. The idea they share consumes them, it refines and distills and and condenses into a platform a movement until they march in the streets and they wave signs and scream in my face they clutter our courts and sign the petitions and march lock step in unison to the ballet box.

And they are all so sure they are right, that they know what is best for all of us. The PETAs and the Save the whales and the tea party and if you don't share ALL their beliefs, every last one, YOU ARE EVIL!!!!

And I was listening to feminists discuss why feminism is failing on NPR and I laughed to myself because it's so simple, They blamed the education system and society but the answer is. THEY ARE NO LONGER FEMINISTS they are something else entirely. They simply stopped supporting women because they are women. If you are a woman, let's say Michelle Bachman or Sarah Palin or Linda Trip and you don't share their beliefs on a wide range of unrelated issues, they do not support you, conversely they mock and degrade you and try to destroy you. The feminist movement died when the leaders became the new cause celeb. Maybe progressive liberalism or anti bullying or global climate change proponents a thousand other things WHATEVER they ceased being feminists, their slogan changed from I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR! to WHAT DO WE WANT!??? TO BAN SOFT DRINKS OVER SIXTEEN OUNCES!!! WHEN DO WE WANT IT?!!! NOW!!!


It's not just feminists or abolitionists or national socialists or whateverists THEY ALL START OFF WITH THE BEST INTENTIONS

These groups all gain power come together and form into an iceberg and smash into society and then they break up and reform new icebergs and do it all over and over and over and over again.

As soon as you become a member of a group, of any group you LOOSE YOURSELF, you cease being an individual and become a mob, a swarm, a plague of locusts.

And, since I stubbornly refuse to join any and all of them for any reason whatsoever. I AM THE ENEMY, I AM EVIL!!!!

SO BE IT... I embraced the evil, I love the evil, I let it fill me...

I am the Extinguisher, of hopes and dreams, the beginning of the end of all things... I hate you all, for what a senseless mob you have become.

To survive alone I had to decide That I never wanted to be a member anyways! To hell with all of you!

I fight a war everyday to maintain my humanity, my individuality, my freedom, my right to think and feel and do what I want, my right to be wrong! To be evil! To be left alone!

We can never agree on everything, you see, in truth we are all individuals and at some point you will see the group you joined so fervently differ in some way you hold dear. And you must choose to leave that group or conform.

I will never conform, I will never join or be joined, And no matter how noble your groups cause, no matter how just or fair or righteous, no matter how good. One man will stand up against you for seemingly no particular reason at all....

On some days you will enjoy my posts and you will laugh and other posts will make you so angry you will break your own teeth clenching your jaw. That's ok, that's what is natural, Sooner or later I will offend you because we both can't be me. There is only one me. And perhaps I am sick and twisted and wrong and evil and stupid and a *** and a leper and a scumbag and a rotten sonofabitch and crazy as the day is long.

that's ok. Someone has to do it, and as it turns out I am the perfect man for job....

Alone, as individuals, I love you all. I enjoy reading about your hopes and thoughts and dreams so much. But once you become a member, of any group at all that wants me to join or think and feel the same way you do... you start regurgitating their slogans and talking points...

I must destroy you. It's nothing personal, I just want all groups to diaf is all, it's no big deal really.
