I've kinda lost a bit of faith in what he's selling now a days schizm. I remember when it was only sixpackshortcuts and now he has 101 different things all to make more money and well funded.
I'm on sixpackshortcuts atm but I've been slacking sadly. Went epicly for 6 weeks but then kinda nosedived and slowly recovered and always even gave up today.Gotta figure it all out,with a million different kinds of advice and all that kinda ***and I dont wanna waste 6 months on something that doesnt work for me. I over think things too much

I hear you, if it was easy we would all be walking around like Arnold.
The one thing I do like with some sixpackshortcuts is a big part doesn't include the gym but things you can do at home. It's like part of the training for the Greek army, from what I heard there's a good amount of training in using one's body weight for fighting and grappling.
Yeah those functional workout days are nice. I tend to do a partial day workout along with the functional ones too. I dont wish it was "easy" per say,I just wish it wasnt so easy to get it wrong and waste so much time through no fault of your own,or slight lack of knowledge

Gilgamesh would be simple to put in, he's looking for the Sword of Legend (excalibur) and something something happens, wouldn't be surprised if it's related to the WAR forgetting his relic axe in the past.

Only Cloud of Darkness in that pic most likely, Gilgamesh is part of his own episodic line of quests. The guy in the gold armor is related to PvP.

Sadly I cant use music properly for my workout. I have *** up shaped ears and I've never found a single pair that will stay in my ears while I move around. I've tried them all,in ear,over ear,neck band,ear clips,nothing *** works. And I cant wear my normal headphones,they're too big and awkward for workouts.Its a shame though,I miss my music so much while I workout,so much better

oooo... get a headband... then duct tape it around your head... Duct tape... the solution to all the worlds problems...

I have 2 sets of proper quality headphones for when I want to enjoy my music. Sports headphones would be strictly for the gym and not worth it. Always hated small earphones and in ear ones too so no loss to me
