I'm not along to to the major bulking phase yet,but what are some safe,non empty calories to pile on when bulking up? Just trying to look ahead to see what I'm in for,and so I can hit the ground running

Kilogram, 1000 grams, 10,000 miligrams... The weight most of the world uses since it is more accurate and can be converted by a 2 year old :P
