You'd need a pretty moderate system as not to pressure your hardware. Wouldn't you?

It uses other methods to expel heat in conjunction with the oil acting as a giant radiator. You'll notice there's a normal radiator to the left of the tank that serves as the CPU heatsink, the rest isn't much different from a normal aircooled PC. The system he has in there is using components that got pretty hot by today's standards and it's OC'd a bit, so heat isn't much of an issue compared to normal air cooling.

I might look into that. If it is plausible to build one despite the expensive fish tank case and massive mineral oil supply, I definitely wouldn't mind building one either.
