I don't get the hate for valentines day lol... It's a day like any other but could also possibly be one you have just another reason to spoil the person your with too... and yeah you could do it any day sure but it's just one of those thing ^^

Nothing is better than being still sick in bed for valentine's day.

I dislike This day simply for the fact that it is a Very good friend of mines birthday and she passed away from a heart attack 3 years ago. Her husband, myself and some friends are going to get on Xbox tonight and play some GTA4 since it was her favorite game.

Aye that's her I couldn't remember if they knew it was her, if she was spying, or what lol.

We want to buy a house here in another couple of years. We have a rough estimate of what our budget will be (barring any unforeseen horrors.) So, since I'm still jobless and bored, I am scouting out real estate to keep an eye on it and see what sort of fluctuations there are, what home values around here are, what we could get for our budget, etc.

And I fell in love with this house! It's 5 bed, 3 bath, which is about 2 beds and 1 bath more than we need but what about guests? It's got an adorable circular kitchen with a bar that's open to the dining room, mature landscaping and trees, a pergola over a patio in the back that has shade plants fully grown over it, a HUGE fully fenced yard for the dogs, a 2-car garage, it's waterfront even! And has a storage shed on the property and a soaking tub with jets in the master bedroom. And a fully grown pink rose bush. And it's well within our projected price range! My husband was all "That's too good to be true, there is definitely something wrong with it." And I'm all "WHY do I have to fall in love with a house 2 years early! Why why why!" We can't afford it yet.

Stupid Valentine's Day. It must be putting lovey-dovey gush'n'mush particles in the air. Like a disease! Loving a house 2 years early is a DISEASE! Gah!

I hope the cure is chocolate. :D

Edit: Actually, the vast majority of the houses I've looked at in the $200,000-$300,000 range have been 4-5 bedrooms. We were thinking we'd be able to get a 3 bed, 2 bath for that price. Maybe since our needs are 3 bed, 2 bath (barring unforeseen children xD) we should lower our price estimate to that range.
