Waiting for Comcast to arrive to hook up internet. They have 20 minutes to get here or they'll be late from the time I designated them to be here. Scary thing is, that I never got a phone call. They usually call you to make sure you're here before they come.

Severe panic mode has set in.

Was doing bills this morning, nothing special. Logged in to pay my amazon card and my little picture link was broken (not the first time), tried to log in anyway...

Logged in and immediately got booted out and it said I timed out for being logged in too long. I was all "wtf" and now my password wont work... and I can't reset it on a different PC right now due to "technical errors locating your personal information." on the GE capital website's end...

I'm in like RAWR spaz mode, but unsure if I should call the customer support to reset everything if they are having technical difficulties anyway.

I just completely bitched at 8 Comcast representatives. The first 7 put me on hold after I ranted at them for their incompetence then was immediately transferred without saying I would be.

Apparently, the rep I talked to last Wednesday never set up a scheduled technician visi for today. After waiting two week already, ths water is already boiling as it is. The lid flew off and overflowed today. Now I have someone coming out here on Thursday.

PS: first time since high school since I verbally assaulted people. :p

I relish in verbally harassing the morons that work in the ISP centers... half the time they barely can speak english... or just read from a book...

Oh, I definitely said something about that. Also said they were stealing true American jobs for people who actually know wtf they are doing. The rare times I get angry is where I seriously come unglued. Never experienced a phone rep to ask me to stop swearing and take a few deep breaths. First time for everything I suppose.

Yeah, first thing they always tell me to do is unplug my modem/router and then plug it back in... It makes me want to slap them, and then feel bad for them at the same time that they have to repeat that ***all day everyday. I have always found is to just say "Done that, done that, done that, done that." Eventually they put you on the phone with someone who knows what the *** they are talking about after a couple of minutes of you just ignoring them basically.

Granted the past few times my internet has gone down for more then a few hours it has either been 1) The charter server building up in Oklahoma blew up again or 2) They disconnected the wrong apartment.

Granted, they haven't disconnected the wrong apartment since we moved... so I've been significantly less annoyed with Charter over the past year because I pay my bill and the internet works 99% of the time.

I would have demanded a tech be over TODAY if you scheduled time off for this >_> OHHH the incompetence.....you can also start a thing to get the person you talked to before, the one that failed to schedule, have them fired. You can TRY.

But I don't mess with people who control my webz. >_>

Whenever I call my ISP I immediatly ask to be transferred to someone in the states (I don't give a *** lol) usually they're more helpful, know what they're doing ... and can get my problem fixed in like 10 minutes (rather then then 30 minute clusterfuck the people at wherever they are do lol...)
