It can discourage others from entering. This isn't my thread(s), so I have no authority, nor do I speak for everyone, but I think you should at least give others the courtesy of looking at their entries before voting.

My opinion is allowed to change, I may be confident now and tomorrow another Entry I like better shows up, or I might decide I should base my choice on a different factor than I am now, Im weird like that, I ended up changing my choice to myself last week a few times for differnet reasons before i made a final choice.
I could explain why I wouldnt pick her's as well, but i rather not, cause that could effect the voting process

It's only Tuesday, so I'm sure a lot more people will enter! Let's just wait and see until then. :)
EDIT:
And of course people can always pin-point out reasons WHY you wouldn't vote for a piece, but who does that, really? <.< If I personally were to vote against me, I would say it's because of the lack of creativity and the flatness of the piece. I duno, I thought this was suppose to be why you like it, not why you dislike it. xD

Ok... First time trying to draw w/ MS paint... kinda got lazy at the end (pretty much w/ the scenery lol)

I like it because of the elvaan/mithra hybrid look, thats what caught my eye (even if your drew it just as a mithra, i see it differnetly, lol)

Wish I thought of that when I drew my entry! I stuck the moogle in there at the last second for comic-relief.

You asking me if I took a photo from my comp? No actually ^_^ I spent over 4 hours making my pic. Pulled up the bitmap grid and pretty much colored it pixel by pixel and all w/ the mouse. My husband saw this and really wants to get me one of those drawing tablets for the computer now. I'm excited to try using one :D!
