Throw on blitz and call it a day.
Once I +2 my feet and get the haste 6% helm from Sippoy, I'll just fulltime war +1/2 hands. Get the 8% helm and move to goading. Etc.
Edit: When I say fulltime, I mean tp/ws appropriately. ;D
