you're doing it wrong if you're having acc issues in abyssea
i commonly play the job /war without even using aggressor to sustain my evade rate, and i guarantee you that i only ever use the job ability for when i'm trying to proc red with a shitty weapon (staff/polearm/etc)
aggressor = 10% hit rate
tiercel vs hope = 3% hit rate in hope's favor

i commonly play the job /war without even using aggressor to sustain my evade rate, and i guarantee you that i only ever use the job ability for when i'm trying to proc red with a shitty weapon (staff/polearm/etc)

Failing to see how that's possible, especially in the set Rino posted. Even then, there's better options if you need accuracy, AF3 neck being one of them. What's really confusing is everyone using that af3 earring over suppa.

well that's pretty much it, I never use aggressor and i fulltime yonin for the ninja tool expertise and evasion, as for hope torque i'm thinking attack aswell as accuracy though, 1% haste doesnt do it for me.
i full time yonin as well (obviously), and i don't have these so-called accuracy issues that you seemingly possess

that thing is not quite a good example to run your common accuracy rating off of, for the fact that him and one or two other nm's are about as evasive as he is, and even then the issue's fixed with iga ningi and aggressor first and foremost basically, not mere hope torque over tiercel necklace

It's in TP phase, so 7 attack isn't exactly make or break, especially considering crit hits lessen the impact of +attack. 24-25% Haste is a ws freq increase of around 1.8%, higher if you're getting Haste buffs. That should do it for you. Not to mention the subtle blow.

Possibly use C. chain, since you are one sTP from shaving off an entire hit (23 to 22). I'd double check that, just to be sure.

Subtle blow goes without question, it's one of the more valuable stats of a ninja now.
I'm also not sure on the math between agi and subtle blow either, but a Hope torque also offers subtle blow in that respect, not as much i'd imagine, but with the dual wield and the bonus on the +2 set i'd say in respects to Rinomaru's TP set the 1% haste over katana skill +7 and agi +5 just seems kinda obsolete from my point of view.

Has anyone locked down an official set bonus? Last I heard, it was a 10-12% OAT to the offhand only.
Edit: Subtle Blow shouldn't be an issue. 50% is cap. Innate 25% + 5% Raja + 5% Merits + Auspice (Since Haste is always assumed) + Myoshu = cap and then some, no? I think the only way to break that is stick Yurin on the mob to reduce its gain.

yes, but justifying 7 atk over 1% haste during the tp phase is also a bad example as far as to what's the best to use when you're already capping acc without the additional 3% hit rate
you guys are talking about tp sets and not capping haste or hitting max delay reduction?
How exactly are you not capping acc with A- skill!?! You should be able to cap haste and cap accuracy in most of abyssea with like C or B rating with cruor buffs and RR
