people shouting for Nyzle Isle PUGs, and not letting people lot on one type of gear and saying that the other 2 are free lot.

Example: "Nyzle Isle floor 96~ Askar X Goliard 2 Denali 2 @5/6 /tell"

yeah I can understand that you want that piece for yourself.
idk why it just annoys me lol.

If more people used them, I think more people would check them. It should automatically bring up the "edit /seacom" before it puts your flag up, imho. Then there'd be no excuse.

People wearing the level 30 Sub-job activated earrings with completely the wrong sub. I seen some people wearing 2 different ones.

LATENT EFFECT - methinks a dictionary is needed

Just the thought of people buying stuff which does absolutely nothing for them.

Also crafters walking around in Vir/Femina Subligars. yes we know you're all richer than us, you don't have to walk around wearing money ; ;

:p

Then again reading what I wrote, it does seem a bit rich coming from a RDM with a load of melee gear >.> Although I remember doing ODS and killing my scorp about twice as fast as the PUP in my party: so therefore in crazy logic I'm allowed that gear, PUP isnt!

But pups also have a C in h2h, you have a B, if you factor that in, and given all the different swords + gear you have vs a pup then what ;p

Yeah, but for all the DoT I can put out, my WS choices are still poor (ok I haven't unlocked death blossom). And we don't really have much choice when it comes to gear, especially to WS in. I would hope PUP owns RDM in that department; if not what is the point of PUP? XD

Versatility.

They're able to cover the basics if needed. You've got blunt damage of the mage frames, piercing from sharpshot, slashing from valoredge, Up to Blizzard 4 with spiritreaver, Cure5/Regen3/etc on Soolsoother..

Dont get me wrong, I've never parsed either a DDing rdm, or myself on pup, but I'd agree Pup -should- beat out a DDing rdm between the maton and the master.

..but nobody ever pays attention the the matons damage. D:

I pay attention to it, that's the only reason I'd think about inviting a pup to pt.

People who expect you to have enough money to afford 2 or more different sets of gear for a single job. They care more about numbers than if you're good at your job with just 1 set of gear.

With a new salvage group though, so it was many of their first attempts at it. 8/10 4th floor gears killed. D:

Here's another I forgot.

When people use a Trial/Nyzul Weapon in a merit/high level EXP PT. Seriously.... do that crap on your own time with a friend or LS member or level sync in the dunes/qufim where it won't matter.

Surprisingly, some of those are good though.
I know the Spara of Trials (Savage Blade) has a DoT better than most of our Blu swords until the upper 70s. :P

People who don't bother with simple macro in pieces. :/ Like, enfeebling set and nuking set on BLM or a simple WS set on melees. Really, I don't expect a full set, but it's nice to see someone take enough pride in their job to have /some/ kind of WS set.

Meh, maybe. When I was leveling BLU I used Ifrits Blade and Musketeer Commander's Falchion. But it's still pretty lazy IMO.

I used it on PLD, but that was back in 05 before there were enmity swords and the standard for PLD was to *** yourself out in VIT/HP gear. And it gave you a +20 HP boost until you broke the effect so... yeah >_>

Where to start...

~ WHM and /WHM that die in stupid places without Reraise.
"I died in the middle of Despot alley, can you come get me?"
"No."

~ Mages that stand in range of AoE, get hit, then stay there and don't move.

~ BLMs who nuke too big too early and pull a mob back into the other mages, thus getting them all slammed with an AoE.

~ RNG who stand next to the WHM, RDM, etc. and do the same thing.

~ People who /WHM and don't cast anything but Stoneskin or Blink (BRD/WHM that doesn't use MP, might as well be BRD/DRG)

~ RDM that /BLM for Omega (related, if you have fought Omega, you know what I mean)

~ Cookie-cutter SAM who insist on using Tachi: Gekko 100% of the time.

~ Cookie-cutter THF who insist on using Dancing Edge 100% of the time.

~ WAR 75 that do not have either Great Sword or Great Axe skilled up including quested WS.

~ People who refuse to level a job because they don't have a Peacock Charm.

~ People who have been to a place 100 times, and still don't know where they are going.

~ People who break planned out skillchains on big fights, thus destroying the Magic Burst (I had a wipe on Shen from this)

~ People who show up to Dynamis/Sea/Sky/Limbus/Nyzul/Salvage/etc. with no buffer, then beg for R3 when MP is at a premium.
R3 is a luxury, not a divine right.

~ PLD that thing it's cool do tank PLD/NIN with dual swords on endgame stuff.

~ The fact that TP Burning (while fun), has destroyed the skill set of so many players. In Bibiki Bay, you had to know your crap or you went down. Hard.

I could literally go on for days, but there are some points to ponder.

p.s. ~ I used my Windslicer in Level Sync parties quite a bit, but I wouldn't dare use it in merit parties.

People who OFF-HAND nyzul weapons... (I check most blu's I see to compare, I've seen this more than once. . .)

Also, everything that Aramina said.

One of the only things that really really really gets on my nerves is people showing up late to scheduled events.
..oh, and people who think Pianissimo means "any song, anytime, anywhere; when i ask for it."
