As long as you had the title after killing or doing something in the past(old areas) it is a Synthetic Atma. Synthetic Atma you get in Scars zones is from missions/ranks. Synthetic Atma you get in Visions Zones is from HNM,BOSS mobs killed (Kirin, 4 Kings, AV, PW) Sythetic Atma you get from Heroes Zones is from stage fighting in the past(Salvage, Assault, Nyzul, Dynamis) may be wrong but just what i noticed.
P.S Synthetic Atma are all Memories from your past

If you think you should have an Atma and it's not showing are you guys checking all the vision zones and talking to the fabricator?
I know this sounds stupid but in 1 zone I had 4 waiting for me and in a different zone I had 7.

Yea the Atma of Alpha Omega is ***hot IMO, will go nicely as a 3rd to go with RR/VV.
