I thought I'd put a place where everyone can feel sorry for themselves about the many errors in downloading the update.


I have been trying since 12:10pm cst and am only 2/3rds down. Still 800 more files left....

I had some kinda sound file that would lock update there for a bit.. but everything seems ok now..@ 51min left

you think thats bad... try having your update stop after preparing because it says you dont have enough HDD space to download the update even though you have plenty.... i hate to think that after 6yrs this is how my ffxi days end

I've been trying since about 2 est and I'm at 54% with 1:16 min left. Bet it freezes a few more times first though.

Screws up on trying to download patch.txt :<
