does "death" actually mean instant death or a counter like 10-9-8....etc.???
Gonna be a laugh when a drk gets charmed with that scythe and kills everyone in sight :D

My guess would be low proc rate and that it will only actually proc on regular mobs. NMs will probably just take darkness damage or something.

As a career DRK, I gotta agree here. The scythe looks great and all....but I gotta ask, what was the proc rate on that great axe with amnesia? We all know such a powerful effect is only gonna have a VERY low proc rate and not work on anything important. If it did, I doubt the dmg on the weapon would be what it is. I wouldnt even be suprised is you didnt get exp for killing with the effect.
Edit: Where can I find the hands and body???? Havent seen them yet.

Though I do assume it wont proc during mission fights or BCNM, 1 shoting Promathia, Bahamut, Eald'narche, Both Shanttoto, Seed Crystal, Riko Kupenreich and so on... If it dose proc on bosses...Thats just...Insane.
Well that means Shadow ring (And possibly Elegant Ribbon & Flawless Ribbon) is/will be a lot more useful & Dynamis - Xarcabard will be very difficult to enter.
Combined with the black wings emote, this scythe and the cloak, I can finally change my name to Darkjesusslayersixsixsix.
