It's not horrible since you're using a type 1 shield (Genbu's, though Acheron is also T1), but still nowhere near what even PLD gets.

some of the adds seem silly.

Blood Pact: Ward "Inferno Howl" enfire? (why would I use this over AoE stoneskin/earthen ward/aerial armor/tidal roar?)

Bounty Shot (RNG Lv.87 Ability Delay: 5 min.)
Increases the rate at which the target yields treasure. (I thought THF was the TH job. COR might be lucky with rolls which would make me think they'd get this..but RNG why?)

Enmity Douse (BLM Lv.87 Ability Delay: 10 min.)
Reduces the target's enmity towards you. (they should just increase the enmity of paladins and decrease the enmity of all other DD/support jobs actions. otherwise paladins won't be able to hold hate properly with fully atma buffed DD)

Blood Rage (WAR Lv.87 Ability Delay: 5 min. Effect Duration: 30 sec.)
Enhances critical hit rate and critical hit damage for party members within area of effect.
Impetus (MNK Lv.88 Ability Delay: 5 min. Effect Duration: 3 min.)
Enhances attack and critical hit rate with each successive melee attack you land. (just giving DD jobs more dmg output/more enmity build up)

Triple Shot (COR Lv.87 Ability Delay: 3 min. Effect Duration: 90 sec.)
Occasionally uses three units of ammunition to deal extra damage.
(bullet prices > arrow prices, rngs go through 24 stacks of demon arrows with less than the cost of 12 stacks of steel bullets.)

Mana Cede (SMN Lv.87 Ability Delay: 5 min.)
Channels your MP into TP for avatars and elementals.
(why do my elemetals need tp whenever I can't even command them to do anything along with them not even having the spells for their levels?)

I'm digging COR's triple shot and Regain roll. Granted it'll be 1/tick for most rolls and lucky/11 will give 2 at most I'm assuming.

A hurp? *** with everything in the game for pld can feel like it has an important use?

Totally don't want DDs doing damage. At all. Especially ones that can tank. Don't want them to have enmity.

DDs can't tank big NMs well at all. them building hate just gets them killed. A paladin takes sufficiently less damage, but has trouble holding hate while the damage to take down the NM is being done by DD.

CORs won't DD if they're burning 200k every 12 stacks of ammunition and not even doing as much damage as RNGs.

I only referred to the elementals part of the job ability. The elementals are really messed up and need adjusted. I already know that avatars get a boost from tp for BPs.

The difference between a MNK or NIN and a DRK at this point is downright embarrassing, nevermind the difference between WAR and DRK. When your job is seriously compared to melee BRDs, you know ***needs fixing.

Maybe I'm just not the competitive type, but when I saw SCH getting Blink and Stoneskin, I didn't get jealous; I thought "*** yeah, /SCH isn't worthless to BLM anymore!" True, you lose Convert and Refresh, but Sublimation and Dark Arts and Strategems... and Reraise! <_< Though if SS/Blink are Addendum: White only, it'll probably still be useless. But I doubt they are, since they usually specify in these notes if an Addendum is required (as they did with Aero V).

With Crit Hit rate capped, jobs that can do a multi-hit crit hit ws can easily do alot more dmg then any job with non crit-hit ws's.

Yeah, I just realized how much crits have become special lately.
With all the neat ***increasing the rate, and the multi hit weapon skills with critical mods, it's no wonder some DDs are left in the dust.

However, most of those fancy weapon skills require you to wear that pseudo-empyrean weapon right? How does that weapon alone measure up to others by grace of weapon skill alone?

I'm not a translator, but my guess is this will be a Stoneskin spell.
