His teacher's mom works for Coca-Cola, so she brought in an inflatable coke can and some t-shirts for the kids. They were throwing it back and forth over the monkey bars, until we went up front. Then they were tossing it at the 3 y/o preschool window....Could hear the kids screaming and laughing from the other side of the playground lol
First out of the water- Swimming requires a lot of technique and years of practice. One big reason people don't attempt a triathlon is because of their fear of the mass swim start with many other people in open water.
Finishing up with the bike- Run to finish things off!
Typical training day is eating between 3800- 4700 calories. 6ft 2 171 pounds. Normal session is 4-5k in the pool (AM)- 5-8 mile run- then a nap then 2-3 hour on the bike + core weights afterwards (pm). Then finish it off with FFXI till bedtime :)
I make a pasta salad that is 6 servings twice a week and eat that throughout the week. I eat egg and chicken sandwiches. Oatmeal, strawberries, peanut butter, and bananas is my typical breakfast 7 days a week. Between meals I typically eat 4-5 power bars and I have 2 shakes a day. When I am training as much as I am now (its Tri season now) I can get away with eating whatever I want. Two years ago I was injured over Christmas break and took 3 weeks off from pretty much all physical activities and I went from 169 to 187. Continuing to poor calories into the body without remaining active was a big mistake. Actually it took me 6 months to get my fitness I had built up to that point back. Lesson learned.
One more pic here at the pool, I love swimming, I don't know if I love any activity more. There is something magical about the way your body feels during and after a good swim. This particular day I was doing some underwater filming with the Go-Pro camera. Constantly improving the stroke. This was one of the rare pictures from above the water. I'm sure you guys don't want to see the Speedo shots from under the water :)
Lucky,despite my activity, I gain weight with anything over 1800 calories atm.
Wish I could eat that much a day :( (was my cheat day today though sure as fk did at the buffet, put down about 6k calories in 1 sitting)
Are you sure you're not just eating 1800 calories and 5000% RDA of fat/sugar? Taking one look at you it blows my mind to think that you'd put on weight at 1800+
I allow 300 of my cals/day to be from cheat cals, rest is by the book (Find that better than cheat days in general because I still hit my target calories; but today for example, a cheat day, I 3-5x my calories instead)
This should serve as an example. Should it attempt to rebel again, it will be hunted down and ruthlessly executed.
If you let it do it's own thing for long enough you can get on good terms with it. I can wake up with crazy bed head and it sorts itself out within an hour, it even suffers the abuse of me putting it into pigtails and stuffing it into a hairnet/hat every night then goes back to it's own thing afterwords.

How many hours a day do you devote training? @@;
Mad props!
You make me sad that I'm not a creator of a tiny human already! :C
It really is as fun as it looks. It's great to watch their face light up when they experience things for the first time. There's no feeling quite like it!
Thought someone was bound to start this! Though most of us dont play on same servers, can still be nice to see who you talkin with on these forums! I'll start us off I guess.
