I know your pain, especially after now having RDM @ 85 >.>, But i think this is a great addition.

Truthfully Ironguy just seems like a very clear case of someone who will just never be happy with any update :\, if SE introduced a Mog Sack that could be macro'd out of, he'd complain about it not being 100+ spaces now, if it was 100+ spaces, he'd complain 9,980gil is too expensive, if it was free He'd complain he didn't like having to go through his Main menu to open it, If it had an auto-key he'd Complain it wasn't the right key it should be, I can go on for a while but i think you see my point.

Fair enough, im not a compulsive moaner Im just saying ive got 30 spaces left atm in locker/storage/satchel/safe and any more space that isnt in inventory where it is macro-able is meaningless to me. Dont get why I get rated down for having an opinion not like im spewing racism/hatred/bad language/wrong information lol.

Wasn't me.

Also I'm guessing the rate down came from someone who didn't agree with you, which is why its best to ignore the rating system since well, its meaningless >.>;

I don't deny the addition of a Sack you can macro out of would be lovely, but at the same time i can be happy (contented?) with the addition of 80 inv. Its a little more work on my part sorting through inventory, but at the same time its 80 slots I didn't have before.

But i guess when i finish my RDM completely and get to the point i have too much armor, I can join your ranks and complain about it too =P

Also, Being able to store partial AF/Sets means you can leave the useless AF armor/Set items with a moogle, clearing up more of your inventory, If you're not already throwing them in Satchel/Mog house..

Porter Moogles will be happy to accept individual pieces and even upgraded items into their safekeeping. Adventurers wishing to store items may do so by purchasing corresponding storage slips from the moogle. Expected to cost approximately 1000 gil apiece, each slip can be reused to store and retrieve items an infinite number of times.

Individual pieces? I'm hoping that means we won't need the entire set to be able to store it.

This is awesome for RNG. I mean, I have like 10+ spaces filled up with different types of arrows, bows, xbows, bolts, guns, bullets, axes, daggers and so on, as well as all the winds for sky. All that stuff puts me full inv space. I had to toss my echo drops last sky run to lot stuff.

Heehee Vero! Now... that you have RNG leveled along side your RDM... Trying leveling COR and carrying just as much DIFFERENT Ammo, Guns, Gear Swaps... oh and Cards... lots and lots of cards.
Then you will feel my pain :P

FFXIV has to be one of the best things to ever happen to FFXI. The old, obstinate devs are off pile-driving FFXIV into the ground. We're fortunate to have the new FFXI devs. They hit the ground running.

Where have these guys been? They're not tinkering around with overly-complicated garbage like the Evolith system. They're not taking 3-4 years to implement two summons. They're not spouting "PS2 limitations!" from the hilltops. No, these devs saw an opportunity, and they're running with it.

What was a better value for $20: ACP and A Moogle Kupo d"Etat, or Visions and Scars of Abyssea? Despite the mind-numbing boredom of Magian trials, do they not guarantee weapons (ranging from pretty good to outstanding) for those willing to invest the time? And random people can team up and make progress together (aside from Empyrean and Empyrean -1 weapons). Collaboration over competition is a refreshing break from the rest of FFXI where we compete for mob claims or compete amongst friends and LS members for drops. I know they're fully aware that the increase to level 99 will obsolete 99% of the old content, but I believe they might be up to that challenge. FFXI can't be "all Abyssea all the time!" forever.

Now, we're getting another Mog Satchel and more moogles to take old gear off our hands. And we don't have to fork over $50 for some cheaply-produced necklace to get it. Out-***-standing.

All hail the new dev team.

wat

The XIV dev team is completely new, it's not the 'old' team at all. The reason these dream updates are coming in, is to keep people playing XI. It's the same dev team as before for XI, the only difference is the director.

Individual pieces? I'm hoping that means we won't need the entire set to be able to store it.

Yes this is delightful! Now I can rid my storage of all the random single pieces of all my abjuration sets..

Hurray to the extra Mog satchel too, I would have prefered more gobbiebags but I certainly wont say no to 80 more spaces.
