XBox Game Data From 360 To Normal XBox?

Hihi,

I gave my 360 away a while back because it wouldn't play a couple of the games I got for it (I only really got it for 3 games >.> 2 didn't work for me and I got bored of the third).

My brother recently started playing Fable on the 360 I gave to my dad. I've spent the past couple of days playing it while it somehow works, though it does crash quite often.

Is there a way I can take the data from the saved game I have on the 360 and put it on an original XBox?
