You only need one job for the static...meaning you can have many jobs but your just required to lv one with the static only. I'm on (EST) and want to set up a static schedule as follows for the 20~50 climb. This is more for the casual player who has a full time job and an active life outside the game that being said...
*M/W :7pm-12am
*T/TH:No static
*Fri: 5pm-10pm
*Sat: 11am-5pm
*Sun:11am-6pm
This gives us about 27 hours a week of static Ranking Up.
