Some things I've noticed so far:

-Mario games are in most lists as either the first game played or as a defining game, but aren't in nearly as many "favorite" lists
-Only one person has listed Doom as an influential game so far(and one Doom 3), which is surprising to me
-FF7/8 show up quite often, which I guess isn't really surprising considering the nature of this forum
-I was expecting a lot of people to list obscure games just because nobody else did, but so far it's mostly games that were actually, you know, influential, which is cool. Cause let's face it, nobody in history was influenced by, say, Magician Lord for Neo Geo, so don't pretend you were, lol.
