I was on at about 11pm CST last night and had all of my content IDs active and working. I log on about 10 minutes ago to see that I don't have any, and with Registration service being down, I can't reactivate them... Anyone else have this problem? It's the same on my other account. I don't believe I was hacked or anything because it shows my last logins being the legitimate for each account.

Did the payment for the month go through OK? SE auto-cancels IDs if the payment hits just about any problems along the way. Check to see if you had enough money in your account, credit limit wasn't exceeded, etc. Or call up your bank and ask em if the transaction went through.

Other than that... um... Call up POL Customer Support, I guess, they should be able to tell you what happened.

I can't get on the game either, because of this. Have plenty of money for the game, but we had to change some stuff on the billing part a couple days ago, so maybe that's why. It blows though.

should be able to reactivate after 4am pacific time... i guess i forgot to transfer money over too, so im waiting for the msg to come up to insert payment info here too
