Crabs . hands down cant go wrong . Abyssea , Conquest , AU , In the Past watever. your PT should have a job that can dispell like a BRD , RDM or SMN anyway . MP to aspir , easy to debuff , just about any job can tank 'em , and who doesnt like selling HQ shells to NPCs for 4k+ ?
Colibri come in a close second , but are popularly played out and cant really be Manaburned unless the mages in question like to live dangerously .

Crawlers were fun after you got haste. I guess anything monster that doesn't have a damaging AoE(or an annoying AoE like Tiger's Roar) is enjoyable to fight though.
