i would assume it does, but does anyone knows if the STP+xx on the fusetto is in effect when offhanded? thanks.

thank you. i wouldn't see why not as the STR, attack, DEX, etc. are all in effect when offhanding other magian weapons. just wasn't certain.

I have a question relevant to this. I plan on upgrading the Fusetto with WS DMG +10%, will the 10% bonus apply to the mainhand if the Fusetto is offhanded? Thanks!

I highly doubt this.
But to answer OP, it would be wierd if the STP didnt work in offhand.
