I currently use this for my 5-hit.
Then I WS in this to maintain 5-hit. Can change out certain pieces depending on buffs.
These are the tp/ws i'm currently working on getting. Just need the white tath, but don't want to spend the gil yet. :x

And probably fail without VV, use Tactical Mantle in that case. Also do WOTG missions for Moonshade with TP Bonus/Regain, that will sort your woes.

With VV assuming 3 ticks and rose strap on for WS you need less Stp during tp phase, should be able to drop tactical/nodowa/sabatons.
