Kannagi?

Does anyone know if anyone has this weapon yet? Or if its even worth getting besides Tobi. I already need to get 50 helms to get Kannagi was curious if anyone else was getting it besides me? Or has gotten it and can tell me if its any good Better? lol sorry i dont really care much about putting periods usually just type away in thought so forgive me :P

Another thing Sobets Skin. Wtf? Which NM does that come from and which Abyssea zone? Needed for 2nd part of Kannagi to get the (kinda relic ish effect) Blade Hi and Aftermath
