Man: it's the graphics card. It's been getting slower ever since I bought the computer last year, so now I need a faster one.
Tech Support:Well I really think all your computer needs is a quick clean and a good update, we do this for a fee much smaller than a new graphics card costs.
Man: I just want a new graphics card, can you help me with that?
Tech Support:Well sure. What is your budget?
Man: I have about $200 spare, I like the look of this red one here, is radeon 5850 any good?
Tech: Yes sir, it's excellent for what you pay

You know Eagle, I think that right there is half the reason I could never go into a computer tech job that involves customer service of any kind. People can't seem to get valuable advice through their head, even when it is in their best interest.

Yup. The annoying thing was he actually gave bad advice to people and they failed because of it. He didn't like me because I told him that a keyboard doesn't have to be wired.
