Beastmen Hats Quest Questions

I've been looking around on wiki and wherever to find the answer to a couple questions I have for the Beastmen hat quests, but haven't had any luck so I thought I might try here. They are pretty basic questions but I haven't been able to find anything giving me a solid answer. Anyways, here we go:

1. Can you only do one of the Beastmen hats quests and one only? I read one account saying you can only do one, and another saying that you can do them all.

2. Are they repeatable?
