Has bullwhip belt been confirmed to drop from that amph mob in highlands zone? According to wiki it's a drop from the Ixion mob @ Tier 4 from MMM's Revitalization team (or whatever it's called), never knew SE to allow multiple mobs to drop same pieces in different events.
