Assault Suggestions?

We trio'd our first assault mission last night, Imperial Agent Rescue...it was a piece of cake (although we almost ran out of time since the mobs were being stingy with their WS's). Given that, is there any other assault missions anyone here can recommend that be reasonably 3-manned by a DNC/THF/RNG at a 60 cap?

golden salvage is easy but one of u would need to be a smn since smn can solo that for u. I usually do that trio boxing myself.

the worm one you can try it,i forget the name of it but all u do is i think kill 12 worms, i could be wrong.

SMN's out...think out of the thre of us highest SMN is like 11 lol.

What area is the worm one? Gonna check it out on the wiki ^^

If you don't mind taking a RR earring for 3 runs, you can do Superior Private Periqia assault, Saving Private Ryaaf. Find 3 NPC's and talk to them, each room has 3x Chigoe in.

but they cast quake and stonega tier spells so hope u guys can silence and sleep some if u link

i think what rank assault your on would also help determine what is easy.

well since it says it was their first assault i assume it is psc

Let's see... If we look at the post and say that they haven't done any other Assaults and the "trio'd our first assault" means that was the first assault they had all done... They're PSC. :P

most psc is easy anyways, if they can get sleep bolts, silence, and dnc can heal them i think they can do the worm assault easy

Yeah, if the thf has good Marksmanship / Ranged Accuracy or the RNG can sleep 3 different crabs in quick succession they can do Seagull Grounded easily as well. Especially since the Thf can grab the Doomed and flee to lose hate easily. But even if they don't sleep things, it's not "that" hard.

Yeah sorry didn't specify we're Private Second Class, that was literally our first assault mission ever.

Question: In looking at the mobs in these different missions, like the worms one, it says their level is 77-78, and the suggested level is 50, 3-6 people. How in the hell are three level 50's going to kill 77-78 mobs?

Also, when we started our assault last night, it asked what level we wanted to cap (we chose 60 since that's the highest we could go with our job levels)...I'm assuming the mob levels adjust based on the cap set by the leader? If not, that's like freaking impossible lol...

And if you want to do Seagull Grounded, I can always take my rdm or blm in to do it with you as well. I'm like 0/40 on those damn Manopolas...

well just bring reraises if you do a test run just in case, may never know.

You can get up to 4 tags if you saved a tag a day before, so you have a few chances for different ones

most assaults can be trio -- I've even beat Hydra and Cerb FL assaults with 3 people and 3 others two boxes but afk at the start.

You will run into problems on ones like Supply run or the professor escort but those are a lot of random luck too. I've had the supply run give out lots of steaks in a row which give the most 'points' to feeding each troop.

Overall -- 3 is fun but 6 is easier most times.
