That is young. However, I would hope someone that's made it past puberty would grasp the concept that facebook status =/= RL

I wasn't even trying to put you down or start a fight but you would be shocked how many people 21 and under act like facebook is everything.

21 doesn't exactly mean mature by any means.

And apparently they do make a big deal about it if they "Q.Q" about you deleting them.

Idk, when I was in college I might would have got offended if someone deleted me off their flist and their profile was still there, depending on the person. If I checked and the whole thing was gone though, I just figured they didn't have much use for the site ;P

Then again, Myspace was more popular than Facebook at that time and I never really liked Myspace myself.

I did that for a rebound once... 1 hour later the whole school was saying i was going out with the guy. Lol people take facebook too literal.

I like reading quotes. Heck i have a quotes app on my iphone i read everyday. I never saw posting quotes as people trying to be more knowledgable. Its more of a point of view. So i proved nothing :) if it helps them feel smarter let it be im the one benefiting from reading the quotes.

Definitely in the person joining. It's inevitable that people will have bad taste in music/film/entertainment, but it is especially lame when a friend joins said group proving their bad taste.
