Some things annoy me on fb, like the people that constantly have to put status updates.. I don't care that your drive home sucks, or what you had for dinner, or if you slept well. Who gives a rats ***!
What I would like to see though, is the ability to rate down or "dislike" something. Maybe then people would stop "liking" stupid *** topics or bands if all their friends rated them down to oblivion. I know there's at least a few things I've seen I've longed for a dislike button for.

I learned to hide news feeds from those people who post stupid status updates every 5 minutes
I deleted my cousins when every day they'd either like
"OMG I LOVE YOU BUT YOU DON'T KNOW I EXIST" or making status updates like "One month bby, luv u 4ever"

If you move your cursor over the status update itself, a 'Hide' option pops up in the top right corner. You can hide that specific update or every update from that person
People actually read peoples updates?
I just checked my fb after reading this. Top ***in stream were somone saying their dog got out the house and they have to go fetch him. Someon saying they like to sing along to grease and someone just stating "Traa" whatever the hell that means.

I almost (jokingly) disowned my ex gf for not having seen Animal House (Wouldn't talk/see her until she saw it). If I saw a friend join "If you listen to Eminem, you'll notice he's real clever", you better believe I'd delete them as a friend on something as lame and insignificant as Facebook.
The power of delete also works! But the forces of Q.Q are hard to avoid irl. I still did it... Really it felt good lol.
