I caped my parrying (294 as sam/dnc) at Beaucedine Glacier (S) on Gigas Cleaver/Pounder (mnk & war gigas) they are lvl 81/82, camp is close to campaign warp & not too much ppl.

Busted out my Sipar just for skillups then noticed the 95% Block rate doesn't seem to be working anymore kept getting hit and interrupted like crazy with no shield procs back to back, I thought it was really odd X:

I am 15 from shield cap atm.

Anyone else noticed this that has a sipar?

Yea i noticed that too Gradd. Even tried with Reprisal(I know that it usually would make no difference since the shield itself is 95% alrdy but tried anyway) but couldn't get a damn ichi up :/
I just eyeballed tho so it might be placebo lol

The amount of Paladins I've seen in Abyssea alliances going /WAR, saying they're doing it to be "main assist" instead of "skilling up shield yo" is quite funny.
