276+ Skill Up

Anyone know where to skill up @276+?

Abyssea is excellent, if you can't do that then go to sky and skill up on dolls and weapons inside. Dynamis works too.

If you want to earn some imperial standing whilst you skill up and dont wanna journey too far, bottom greater colibri camp Nyzul Isle (away from the burn pty down the slope) is a good camp killing wivre which check tough at 80.

Six melee/dnc or 1 dd/nin and few dd/dnc is fine for here shouldnt need too many cures but they arent to be taken lightly either. Demoralising roar attack down is good as it slows down kill speed as long as ur hitting for more than 0dmg. Has just about enough repops for 6 dd/dnc party.

Anything Even Match or higher you can skill up on.

Depending on your skill level.

Do steelshells still work? I know I was getting skillups at... 276 GK (288 merited) while fighting Greater Colibri in a merit party. But I'd be interested as to what else I could fight as SAM/DNC and PLD/DNC to get skillups once I hit 80 on both.

Steelshells will work if they are even match or your skill level is around the previous weapon cap but after about 278 or so it will be extremely slow and eventually they stop all together.

T1 VNMs also work well.

If available Besieged can be used to get some skill up in a bit of spare time.

Emperor Apkallu or King Apkallu would probably be better for this. King Apkallu are easy to get to too, just go through the small bit of Halvung at the bottom of colibri camp and you'll come out at the back of Mount Z. You'll have a whole heap of Kings there, and a zone you can easily drag them to.
