Info Keeps Getting Kicked Off

I've verified my character in-game. Pasted my URL in the Edit charater page. Clicked my link and it goes to the correct page on LS comm website. Then when i go to check my character on ffxiah.com, my info is gone. It no longer shows any of my characters information. And yes im set to PUBLIC on all categories. Done this process 4 times now =(
Is the website having technical difficulties?

I know this is a silly question, but are you clicking "Submit" at the end? XD

I've known a few people to have that problem, so I figured I'd toss it up as a suggestion.

When i click on your page everything displays just fine for me,. it could very well be your web browser messing up

Your page looks fine to me. If I had to take a guess I would say that your webpage is not refreshing and you keep looking at your page prior to the changes. So I'd try refreshing the page and/or changing your internet options.

It looks fine to me too.Try closing your browser,delete cookies etc and then check the page again.

Same thing happened to me. If you let your Content ID expire i think the community website shows your content ID as having no chars. Mine did anyway i had to give it a day to realize that i had paid for my ID =/

Thanks for the feedback. It's still showing my stats now so hopefully its fixed. Yea i was using Submit button but ty for askin. Take Care every1 and Happy New Year.
