Random claim from a guy on alla ? The dude went /war and noticed 5 hits per round occasionnally. To me this means that DA and OAT don't exclude each other other(which would be weird as only H2H got fixed..). It's by no mean proof that OAT proc on both fists (unless he typoed and didn't go /war)

To "proof" that oat affect both fists you have to have no DA trait and see 4 punches that are not kicks. But even then who is to say that they didn't change the proc rate?
